How we work
For districts
We contract through district vendor pools, contracted-services solicitations
and interlocal purchasing cooperatives. Personnel are supplied on an hourly
contracted basis and remain our responsibility for payroll, insurance and
compliance documentation. Assignments are scheduled against the district's
calendar, not a fixed-hours model.
For clinicians
School-based caseloads in the district you already live near, with the
credentialing paperwork handled for you. We are a small firm without the
overhead of a national agency, and we would rather put that difference into
the hourly rate than into a branch office.

Texas licensure verified before assignment
Every clinician's license is verified against the issuing Texas board —
TDLR for speech-language pathology, the Executive Council of Physical Therapy
and Occupational Therapy Examiners, the Behavioral Health Executive Council,
and TEA educator certification — and re-verified at renewal.

Fingerprint-based criminal history under TEC §22.0834
Personnel assigned to campuses with continuing duties and direct
unsupervised contact with students complete fingerprint-based criminal history
review through the DPS Fingerprint-based Applicant Clearinghouse before
assignment. Cost is borne by Caseload Group, not the district.

Insurance and documentation
General liability, automobile liability and workers' compensation
coverage carried to district-required limits. Certificates of insurance,
Form W-9, Form 1295 and conflict of interest questionnaires provided with
every submission.
